Fair Judgment

Fair judgment should include more than just one person making the decisions. The accuser should have valid evidence on how they committed this crime. If no valid proof is givens, no search should be done if no evidence is presented to the student body and other key figures. This should be a public case that the whole school should know about. They should also have a defence
Valid evidence= evidence that close to 100% proves the accuses guilty
EX: caught on camera; witnesses saw what happened
Non example: one person says they saw it; a mashed man caught doing it on camera

Have more facilities

We should have a safe environment to study and play. It should have lots of space, safe conditions, and clean. Also, it will be dangerous when it doesn’t have space, it will cause conflict or even fighting between the students. Faculty should not close to the facilities unless given a good reason. The more students we have, the more room we should be able to be granted with.

Safety

Safety should include free of weapons, fighting, cursing, etc. Also, we should be protected by the adults from physical, mental, and emotional harm. Moreover, school need to provide us the good health by keeping us healthy using the clean environment.

Freedom of Speech

We have a right to voice our opinions in any matter. If the school passes a new rule, we have the right to protest against it without fear. We have the right to say whatever we want as long as it’s not an illegal threat, telling others to break a rule or law, or emotionally harming a person.

Privacy

We have the right to privacy; this includes not searching our personal belongings and ourselves. We have the right to not be recorded on camera if we choose not to and we should not be recorded or have our picture taken in areas we are told are secluded. If we choose to remain annoy, that choose should be respected.
